Terms and Conditions
GENERAL
- All food and beverage orders, guest number, and special request (food allergies, vegetarians, halal, etc.) must be submitted in writing no later than 30 days prior to the date.
- The maximum holding time is 60 minutes and will be released after without further notice.
- All vehicles must be fully checked by security at the entrance prior to entering the premises. All bags will be checked by security upon entry to FB premises. Items not permitted will labelled and will be store at supervised storage facilities at the reception desk.
- La Brisa does not take any responsibility for the damage or loss of any belongings of the guests on premises prior to or during any event.
- Any damage caused by the guest is the host’s financial responsibility.
- No outside food and beverage are permitted, with the exception of special occasion which will incur fee as following details:
– Cakes at IDR 450.000/cake
– Wine at IDR 475.000/bottle up to 1 liter. Multiples fees apply for bottles over 1 liter.
– Spirits at IDR 1.900.000/bottle up to 1 liter. Multiples fees apply for bottles over 1 liter. - Drones and professional photography are not permitted into the venue.
- No additional sound system, live music, decorations, balloons and plastic decorations are allowed. (Management Approval Required)
PAYMENT POLICIES
- 20% non-refundable down payment that could process in advance.
- Full payment must be settled no later than 30 days prior to the date.
- All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) are subject to service charge 8% and government tax 10%.
AMENDMENT POLICIES
- Changes such as reschedule, total guest and pre order (food and beverage) can be made no later than 7 days prior to the date and cannot be changed on the day.
- Additional cost will be applied for any additional guest who haven’t been reserved at the venue.
- Additional order (food and beverage) outside of the confirmed order will be additionally charged that can be ordered from a la carte (served as it is ready).
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- Please note that all payments are non-refundable. No refund will be issued in the event of cancellation, regardless of the reason.
FORCE MAJEURE
La Brisa will not be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our control such as electrical failures (a genset is provided), water loss, fire, flood, bad weather, etc.
I have read, understood, and accept all of the terms and conditions stated in the La Brisa CONFIRMATION LETTER (follows after order has been confirmed) and TERMS AND CONDITIONS stated here and I am authorized to sign on the behalf of said person, persons, and or the company I represent.
SIGNATURE WILL BE NEEDED AFTER RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION.
Lost and Found
Terms & Conditions
“Minor” Personal belongings such as clothing, basic accessories, or other everyday belongings will be stored for up to two (2) weeks from the date they’re found then will bemanaged in accordance with our internal policies.
“Valuable” personal belongings such as jewelry, branded items, or cash, will be stored for up to three (3) months from the date they’re found.
“Sensitive” belongings possibly personal information such as official ID cards, passports, driver’s licenses, mobile phones, tablets, or laptops, will be stored for up to three (3) months from the date they’re found.
If “valuables & sensitive” belongings unclaimed within that time, we’ll hand them over to local authorities in line with privacy regulations and legal procedures.
We encourage all guests to double-check their belongings before leaving La Brisa. Should you believe you’ve left something behind, please contact our team as soon as possible at +62 811 3946 666. Our staff will do their best to assist in recovering your item promptly and securely.

Di La Brisa, pengalaman dan keselamatan kamu adalah prioritas utama kami. Meskipun La Brisa tidak bertanggung jawab dan tidak dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban atas kehilangan barang pribadi tamu jika terjadi kehilangan, pencurian, atau kerusakan terhadap barang pribadi.Namun, sebagai bagian dari komitmen kami terhadap kenyamanan tamu, kami telah merancang kebijakan Lost and Found berikut untuk memastikan transparansi, rasa hormat, dan fleksibilitas bagi semua pihak.
Peraturan internal ini membantu kami mengelola barang pribadi yang ditemukan dengan bertanggung jawab, sambil tetap menjaga lingkungan yang aman dan menyambut semua tamu.
Barang-barang “minor” seperti pakaian, aksesori sederhana, atau barang sehari-hari lainnya akan disimpan selama maksimal dua (2) minggu sejak tanggal ditemukan dan akan diproses sesuai prosedur internal kami.
Barang-barang “bernilai” seperti perhiasan, barang bermerek, atau uang tunai, akan disimpan selama maksimal tiga (3) bulan sejak tanggal ditemukan.
Barang-barang yang mungkin berisi informasi pribadi seperti KTP, paspor, SIM, ponsel, tablet, atau laptop, akan disimpan selama maksimal tiga (3) bulan sejak tanggal ditemukan.
Jika barang “bernilai & sensitif” tidak diambil dalam waktu tersebut, maka akan kami serahkan kepada pihak berwenang setempat sesuai regulasi data pribadi dan prosedur hukum yang berlaku. Kami sangat menyarankan semua tamu untuk memeriksa kembali barang-barang pribadinya sebelum meninggalkan La Brisa.
